If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is advised to inform your doctor before using Ambrodil S SYRUP 100ML. If you are suffering from fits or have a history of fits, please inform your doctor before taking Ambrodil S SYRUP 100ML as it may increase the risk of recurrent fits. If you have diabetes, regular monitoring of blood sugar levels is recommended while taking Ambrodil S SYRUP 100ML. Drink plenty of fluids while taking Ambrodil S SYRUP 100ML to loosen mucus. If you have diabetes, fits, high blood pressure, overActive thyroid, stomach ulcers, phenylketonuria (a birth defect that causes accumulation of amino acid, phenylalanine in the body), kidney, liver or heart problems, inform your doctor before taking Ambrodil S SYRUP 100ML.
Medicine Interaction: If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Ambrodil S Syrup may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Over Dose: When a dose is taken in higher dose than the recommended doses, it is called Overdose. Overdose always needs a clinical supervision. Any medicine or drug when consumed in Overdose produces untoward side effects on one or various organs in the body. A medicine is excreted in the kidney or metabolized in the liver most of the times. This process goes without any hurdles when taken in normal dose, but when taken in an overdose, the body is not able to metabolize it or send it out properly which causes the effects of anoverdose.

Consult doctor if condition worsens or does not improve after 14 days of use

Inform your doctor while undergoing urine tests, if have recently taken or are taking guaifenesin as it can affect some results
Regularly monitor blood potassium levels
Missed Dose: In case you miss a dose, use it as soon as you notice. If it is close to the time of your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your dosing schedule. Do not use extra dose to make up for a missed dose. If you are regularly missing doses, consider setting an alarm or asking a family member to remind you. Please consult your doctor to discuss changes in your dosing schedule or a new schedule to make up for missed doses, if you have missed too many doses recently.
