Opera S 500 Mg/250 Mg Injection is used for treating bacterial infections. It is administered to the patient in the form of an injection. It is used for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections, skin and skin structure infections, bone and joint infections, intra-abdominal and urinary tract infections, sepsis and meningitis due to susceptible organisms
This medicine is also documented or suspected infection due to susceptible organisms in-home care patients and patients without I.V. line access; treatment of documented or suspected gonococcal infection or chancroid; emergency room management of patients at high risk for bacteremia, periorbital or buccal cellulitis, salmonellosis or shigellosis, and pneumonia of unestablished aetiology (<5 years of age).
