Wikoryl ND 4 mg/60 mg Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of common cold symptoms. It relieves allergy symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes and congestion or stuffiness.
This medication may be taken with or without food preferably one hour before you travel. Take it in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. But, before taking it, inform doctor if you are suffering from depression and taking its medicines.
Dizziness may occur as its side effect, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus. You should avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may cause excessive sleepiness.
Pregnancy Interaction: Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Wikoryl ND 4mg/60mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

Breast Feeding Interaction: Wikoryl ND 4mg/60mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Chlorpheniramine and Pseudoephedrine which relieve cold symptoms. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
