Apraize 20 Tablet is used for Psoriatic arthritis and other conditions. Apraize 20 Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
Apraize 20 Tablet contains Apremilast as an Active ingredient.
Apraize 20 Tablet works by blocking the action of certain natural substances in the body.
Warnings: Inform your doctor before using Apraize-20 Tablet 4's, if you have previously had an allergic reaction (hypersensitivity). Before starting Apraize-20 Tablet 4's, please inform your doctor if you have depression and suicidal thoughts. Inform your doctor before taking Apraize-20 Tablet 4's if you have If you have severe kidney problems. Inform your doctor while taking Apraize-20 Tablet 4's if you lose weight without meaning to. Apraize-20 Tablet 4's should not be taken in the condition like severe diarrhoea, Nausea, and vomiting. Apraize-20 Tablet 4's not recommended for use in children and adolescents aged below 17 years. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, ask your doctor for advice before taking this Apraize-20 Tablet 4's. Patients with rare hereditary galactose intolerance problems, total lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take Apraize-20 Tablet 4's.
Medicine Interaction: Apraize-20 Tablet 4's may interact with medicines used for tuberculosis- TB (rifampicin), medicines used in fit/epilepsy (phenytoin, phenobarbital, carbamazepine).
Side Effects: The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Apraize 20 Tablet. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.

Upper respiratory tract infection
