Product Uses: Esgipyrin-A Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms: Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Osteoarthritis, Periarthritis of scapulohumerous, Lumbago, Ischiadynia, Pain caused by nonaticular rheutism, Headache, Toothache, Ear pain.
Symptoms: Symptoms: may cause hypotension, renal failure, convulsions, gastrointestinal irritation or respiratory depression. Treatment: There is no specific antidote. In acute poisoning as soon as possible to stop drug absorption from the gastrointestinal tract. There is indicated gastric lavage, Activated charcoal appointment and conduct of other symptomatic and supportive therapy. The use of forced diuresis, dailysis or blood transfusion is not justified because NSAIDs largely associated with serum proteins and possess extensive metabolism.

Esgipyrin-A biguanide hypoglycemic agent with actions and uses similar to those of metformin. Although it is generally considered to be associated with an unacceptably high incidence of lactic acidosis, often fatal.

Warnings: Taking more than the daily prescribed dose of ESGIPYRIN A TABLET 15'S may cause liver damage or allergic reactions like swelling of the mouth, face, throat, difficulty in breathing, skin rash or itching. Most of the cases of liver injury are associated with the use of paracetamol. Gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcer formation is commonly observed with the use of ESGIPYRIN A TABLET 15'S, so the doctor may prescribe you the lowest dose available. Do not take ESGIPYRIN A TABLET 15'S if you have asthma or allergies to pain killers, heart, kidney and liver conditions. ESGIPYRIN A TABLET 15'S should not be taken during pregnancy or by breastfeeding mothers as it may affect baby.
Medicine Interaction: ESGIPYRIN A TABLET 15'S interact with cholesterol lowering drugs (cholestyramine), charcoal, medicine to stop vomiting (domperidone, metochlopramide), alcohol, anti HIV drug (zidovudine), blood thinner (warfarin), blood pressure lowering medicine, anti cancer or anti arthritis drug (methotrexate) may lead to drug toxicity or affect the working of ESGIPYRIN A TABLET 15'S. So, contact the doctor before taking these medicines.

Side Effects: GI disturbances, headache, dizziness, rash, GI bleeding, peptic ulceration, abnormalities of kidney function. Pain and tissue damage at Inj site (IM), local irritation (rectal), transient burning and stinging (ophthalmic). Potentially Fatal: Stevens-Johnson syndrome, exfoliative dermatitis, toxic epidermal necrolysis.

Missed Dose: In case you miss a dose, use it as soon as you notice. If it is close to the time of your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your dosing schedule.
