Each film-coated tablet contains Aceclofenac (Aceclo PLUS) 100 mg, Paracetamol (Aceclo PLUS) 500 mg.

Warnings: Taking more than the daily prescribed dose of Aceclo Plus Tablet 15's may cause liver damage or allergic reactions like swelling of the mouth, face, throat, difficulty in breathing, skin rash or itching. Most of the cases of liver injury are associated with the use of paracetamol. Gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcer formation is commonly observed with the use of Aceclo Plus Tablet 15's, so the doctor may prescribe you the lowest dose available. Do not take Aceclo Plus Tablet 15's if you have asthma or allergies to pain killers, heart, kidney and liver conditions. Aceclo Plus Tablet 15's should not be taken during pregnancy or by breastfeeding mothers as it may affect baby.
Medicine Interaction: Aceclo Plus Tablet 15's interact with cholesterol lowering drugs (cholestyramine), charcoal, medicine to stop vomiting (domperidone, metochlopramide), alcohol, anti HIV drug (zidovudine), blood thinner (warfarin), blood pressure lowering medicine, anti cancer or anti arthritis drug (methotrexate) may lead to drug toxicity or affect the working of Aceclo Plus Tablet 15's. So, contact the doctor before taking these medicines.

Over Dose: When a dose is taken in higher dose than the recommended doses, it is called Overdose. Overdose always needs a clinical supervision. Any medicine or drug when consumed in Overdose produces untoward side effects on one or various organs in the body. A medicine is excreted in the kidney or metabolized in the liver most of the times. This process goes without any hurdles when taken in normal dose, but when taken in an overdose, the body is not able to metabolize it or send it out properly which causes the effects of anoverdose.
Precautions: Before you use Aceclo Plus, tell your doctor of your medical and health history including the following:

stomach and intestinal disorders (perforation, bleeding, ulcer)
swelling of the lower layer of skin
Missed Dose: In case you miss a dose, use it as soon as you notice. If it is close to the time of your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your dosing schedule. Do not use extra dose to make up for a missed dose. If you are regularly missing doses, consider setting an alarm or asking a family member to remind you. Please consult your doctor to discuss changes in your dosing schedule or a new schedule to make up for missed doses, if you have missed too many doses recently.
