Hifenac Max Tablet belongs to the therapeutic classification of Non-Opioid Analgesics and Antipyretic Drugs, Muscle Relaxants, Non-steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs). The primary composition for this medicine is Aceclofenac 100 MG, Paracetamol 325 MG, Thiocolchicoside 4 MG.

Warnings: Do not take Hifenac Max Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its contents; if you have/had severe heart problems, stomach ulcer or perforation, and bleeding problems such as bleeding from the stomach, intestine or brain, bypass surgery, heart attack, blood circulation problems, or inflammation of intestines. Hifenac Max Tablet 10's can increase your risk of fatal heart attack or stroke. So, if you have had any recent heart surgery, do not take Hifenac Max Tablet 10's. Inform your doctor before taking Hifenac Max Tablet 10's if you have high blood pressure, heart problems, high cholesterol, diabetes, asthma, inflammatory bowel disease, liver and kidney problems. Do not take Hifenac Max Tablet 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed. Hifenac Max Tablet 10's may cause drowsiness and dizziness, so drive only if you are alert. Hifenac Max Tablet 10's is not recommended for children as the safety and effectiveness have not been established. Avoid consuming alcohol and Hifenac Max Tablet 10's as it could lead to increased drowsiness and increase the risk of stomach bleeding. Stop taking Hifenac Max Tablet 10's and consult your doctor immediately if you have stomach pain or any signs of bleeding in intestine or stomach such as blood in stools. Do not take any other NSAID's for pain relief along with Hifenac Max Tablet 10's unless prescribed.
Medicine Interaction: If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Hifenac Max Tablet may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Hifenac Max Tablet may interact with the following drugs and products: Alcohol Interfere with certain laboratory tests Juxtapid mipomersen Ketoconazole Leflunomide No reported drug interaction Prilocaine Teriflunomide

Side Effects: Indigestion, heartburn, dyspepsia, diarrhoea, Nausea, abdominal pain and flatulence.
How to Store it: Store in a cool, dark and dry place
Over Dose: Symptoms may include dizziness or light-headedness; fast or difficult breathing; feeling of being unusually cold; general feeling of being unwell; muscle pain or tenderness; slow or irregular heartbeat; unusual drowsiness; unusual stomach discomfort; unusual weakness or tiredness.
Precautions: Before using Hifenac Max Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below. Missed Dose: In case you miss a dose, use it as soon as you notice. If it is close to the time of your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your dosing schedule. Do not use extra dose to make up for a missed dose. If you are regularly missing doses, consider setting an alarm or asking a family member to remind you. Please consult your doctor to discuss changes in your dosing schedule or a new schedule to make up for missed doses, if you have missed too many doses recently.
