Accet 100Mg/325Mg Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is used to treat pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.
This drug works by blocking the effect of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes which make chemical prostaglandins at sites of injury or damage causing pain, swelling and inflammation.
Pregnancy Interaction: Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.

Breast Feeding Interaction: Accet 100mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen which relieve pain. They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
