Acenext MR Tablet is a combination of Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Chlorzoxazone. It is used for the treatment of pain, swelling, and tenderness associated with muscle injury and muscle spasms. This medicine works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and swelling. Acenext MR Tablet shows side effects like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, heartburn, diarrhoea and tiredness. This medicine may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Hence, avoid driving vehicles or operating machines.
Pregnancy Interaction: Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.

Breast Feeding Interaction: Acenext MR 100mg/500mg/250mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Chlorzoxazone which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.
