Cofree-LS Junior Syrup is a mix of three medications: Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol/Levalbuterol and Guaifenesin which ease hack with bodily fluid. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which diminishes and relaxes bodily fluid (mucus), making it simpler to hack out. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator. It works by loosening up the muscles in the aviation routes and extends aviation routes. Pregnancy Interaction: Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth.
