Product Uses: Tenomac 25 Tablet is used for the management of high blood pressure. It is a prescription medicine. This medicine works by relaxing the blood vessels and slowing down the heart rate in order to improve blood flow and to decrease the high blood pressure conditions. Tenomac 25 is also used for the long-term treatment of chest pain due to reduced blood flow to the heart (angina pectoris caused by coronary atherosclerosis). This medicine works by reducing the requirement of oxygen to the heart. It also helps in the reduction of heart rate and the ability of the heart muscle to contract (contractility) thereby making it effective in reducing the symptoms of chest pain. It is also used for the management of heart attack. This medicine works by increasing the requirement of oxygen to heart by increasing left ventricular fiber length and end diastolic pressure in patients who have heart failure. Tenomac 25 is also used for the management of increased or decreased heartbeat. Tenomac 25 Tablet may also be used together with other medicines to treat certain conditions as recommended by the doctor. It is used in combination with thiazide-diuretic, Hydralazine, Prazosin, or Alpha Methyldopa for the management of high blood pressure.

Warnings: Don't stop taking without talking to your doctor first. Stopping Tenomac 25 Tablet 14's gradually may cause changes in your heart rhythm and blood pressure, cause chest pain or a heart attack. Your doctor will lower your dose gradually over a period of time to help prevent these symptoms. You should not use Tenomac 25 Tablet 14's if you have a very slow heartbeat, asthma, serious heart condition (sick sinus syndrome), or any heart blockage. It should not be given to children less than 12 years of age. Before taking Tenomac 25 Tablet 14's, you should tell the doctor if you have any muscle disorder (myasthenia gravis, rhabdomyolysis), breathing problem (COPD, bronchitis, emphysema), low blood sugar level (hypoglycaemia), low blood pressure (hypotension), depression, previous heart failure, liver/kidney disease, thyroid hormone disorder, adrenal gland cancer, or problems with circulation (Raynaud’s syndrome).
Medicine Interaction: Tenomac 25 Tablet 14's is known to interact with other blood pressure-lowering drugs (acebutolol, bisoprolol, carteolol, esmolol, metoprolol, nadolol, nebivolol, sotalol, lisinopril, enalapril, diltiazem, prazosin, terazosin, doxazosin), asthma medications (like theophylline), pain killers (ibuprofen, indomethacin), insulin, and heart-related medicines (disopyramide, quinidine, amiodarone, digoxin, adrenaline, epinephrine).

Side Effects: Feeling lightheaded, sleepy, having blurred eyesight, or a change in thinking clearly. - Avoid driving and doing other tasks or actions that call for you to be alert or have clear eyesight until you see how this drug affects you. - Feeling dizzy. Rise slowly over a few minutes when sitting or lying down. Be careful climbing. Upset stomach or throwing up. Many small meals, good mouth care, sucking hard, sugar-free candy, or chewing sugar-free gum may help. - Loose stools (diarrhea). - Change in sex ability. This most often goes back to normal.
