Atro Ointment is used as a preoperative medication to inhibit salivation and secretions; treatment of sinus bradycardia; treatment of exercise-induced bronchospasm; antidote for organophosphate pesticide poisoning; to produce mydriasis and cycloplegia for examination of the retina and optic disc and accurate measurement of refractive errors; uveitis.
Pregnancy Interaction: This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and gently massage the ointment. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.
