Side Effects: Flushing, heat, itching, dyspepsia, vomiting and diarrhoea. Peptic ulceration, jaundice, hyperuricaemia, gout, toxic amblyopia, flushing, pruritus, hyperpigmentation, dry skin and headache, atrial fibrillation, orthostasis, cystoid macular oedema.
