Phenylephrine and Naphazoline are decongestants which work by narrowing blood vessels of the eye to relieve inflammation (redness and swelling). Carboxymethylcellulose is a lubricating medicine similar to natural tears. It provides relief of burning and discomfort due to dryness of the eye.
