Pregnancy Interaction: Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Xpom CV 200mg/125mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Breast Feeding Interaction: Xpom CV 200mg/125mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cefpodoxime and Clavulanic Acid. Cefpodoxime is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Clavulanic Acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefpodoxime against bacteria.
