Nam Cold Z Forte Syrup is commonly recommended in children to treat symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, watery eyes, sore throat, body ache, and fever. These symptoms are usually associated with common cold, hay fever (allergic rhinitis), and other respiratory tract conditions.
This medication may be taken with or without food preferably one hour before you travel. Take it in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. But, before taking it, inform doctor if you are suffering from depression and taking its medications.
Dizziness may occur as its side effect, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus. You should avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medication, as it may cause excessive sleepiness.

Pregnancy Interaction: Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Nam Cold Z Forte Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

Breast Feeding Interaction: Nam Cold Z Forte Syrup is a combination of four medicines: Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Sodium Citrate which relieve common cold symptoms. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Sodium citrate is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
