Do not get overheated in hot weather or by doing heavy exercise. Make sure to get hydrated by drinking fluids in these conditions. Trinexovas 40 Tablet 10's may cause imbalances in the electrolyte levels. Trinexovas 40 Tablet 10's may cause low blood pressure, so inform your doctor if you experience vomiting, diarrhoea, or excessive sweating.
Medicine Interaction: Trinexovas 40 Tablet 10's may interact with other blood pressure medicines, medicines used to treat heart disease (digoxin and quinidine), antidiabetic medicine (insulin), oral diabetes medicines, steroid medicines, anti-psychotic drugs, antibiotics (rifampicin and erythromycin), and medicine used to treat fits (phenytoin).
